Astronomer CEO Andy Byron has resigned from the company amid an affair with his company's chief people officer at a Coldplay concert. Byron was placed on leave on Friday.

Byron's resignation comes after Astronomer said Friday that it had launched a "formal investigation" into the matter, and the CEO was placed on administrative leave.
